V rámci projektu vyšla studie potenciálu: hlavním cílem této studie bylo vyhodnotit turistický potenciál v podporované oblasti programu Interreg V-A Česká republika - Polsko, kterou je česko-polské pohraničí. K vytvoření studie potenciálu byli sezváni turistické oblasti a další pracovníci z cestovního ruchu a proběhly celkem 4 workshopy (jeden z nich proběhl v Pardubicích), poté firma NAOOKA zpracovala finální podobu studie. Za Východní Čechy bylo původně vytipováno 18 atraktivit, to ale nakonec bylo rozšířeno na 22.
